Conant, Fremd and Palatine High Schools

Students in the Palatine, Fremd, and Conant Building Construction program are proud to present the home they have constructed during the 2008-2009 school year. Students began framing this 3,500 square foot two-story home in September. Students continued with window and door installation, electrical, drywall hanging, cabinet installation, hardwood flooring, painting, staining, varnishing, brick paved patio, and trim woodwork. While all participating students have acquired knowledge and skills that will prove invaluable to them in the future, some will use these varied experiences as a direction into interesting and lucrative careers.
